With the new remote release functionality, administrators can release a KeyCop with keys remotely. This provides extra flexibility and control in various situations, such as:

✔ Access for external staff – Unlock the key cabinet without requiring a key card.
✔ Employee forgot their card? – Assign a key remotely to a specific user.
Users can now change their PIN directly via the profile screen on the cabinet. No more complex, randomly generated 6-digit codes – just a personal PIN that’s easy to remember.

You can now view and edit email template subjects and content to better align communication with your organisation’s needs.
✔ Search and filter – Quickly find templates by language and name.
