In my role, I’m in contact with all the departments that make a contribution to our systems for key and equipment control: software development, assembly, sales and the implementation by the end-user. As well as regular projects, I also play a role in special projects and their development.

My name is Maurits Rumondor and I am twenty years old. As part of my Sales & Account Management studies, I am doing a one-year internship at Nauta Connect. In the role of internal account manager, I am gaining practical experience and serve as the first point of contact for customers. I believe it is important to support customers in a personal and clear way.

I work as a Technical Support Consultant at Nauta Connect. In my role, I help customers with the installation, configuration, and use of our electronic key cabinets and locker systems. Whether it concerns a technical malfunction, an integration with other systems, or a user inquiry, I provide solution-oriented support and make sure everything runs smoothly again.

With my technical expertise as a Tech Lead, I ensure that Nauta Connect remains a leader in the field of software development.

Maria Veerman

Software Development intern

In the coming period, I will focus on optimising the Connect software. I will contribute to improving existing functionality and will also work on new enhancements. This involves analysing how components currently work, identifying where things can be made smarter or more efficient, and implementing the improvements. In addition, I will support the team in investigating technical issues, for example by analysing reports and contributing to solutions that are both practical and future-proof.
