I help organisations gain more control over their key and asset management by listening to their needs and translating them into clear solutions. I am involved in various stages of the sales process, such as prospecting, needs analysis, advice and presentations. I also work closely with internal teams. Together, we ensure suitable solutions and the successful delivery of projects.

I work as a Technical Support Consultant at Nauta Connect. In my role, I help customers with the installation, configuration, and use of our electronic key cabinets and locker systems. Whether it concerns a technical malfunction, an integration with other systems, or a user inquiry, I provide solution-oriented support and make sure everything runs smoothly again.

In the coming period, I will focus on optimising the Connect software. I will contribute to improving existing functionality and will also work on new enhancements. This involves analysing how components currently work, identifying where things can be made smarter or more efficient, and implementing the improvements. In addition, I will support the team in investigating technical issues, for example by analysing reports and contributing to solutions that are both practical and future-proof.
